Trees Plantation

In my study duration , i have joined a training session named Foster Flagship Training program which is for youth specifically. We got assigned a project “Trees Plantation” in which we have to plant some trees above 200. We are divided in teams for it. It was our first project and in our fellows we were not aware of each other. So we have given one week to complete this project. There were some strategies to follow like communication , Cooperation , Commitment. First we decided to find a location for plants and arrangement of plants along with their range. In the whole process , all of us were cooperating with each other and everyone was playing their roles , trying to manage time , location and transport. At least we decided to go to a college named Zamindar college Gujrat city. We decided a day and at gate 2 of University we were ready to go. So we took our bus and reached at time. We were waiting for plants till then we started making pictures and have a great fun with all fellows. When we started plantation the coordinator of that college was there to instruct us.

We were planting trees and making pictures and videos as well. It was a great fun that we were working on and having a great fun with each other. Each team have planted 25 plants. There was also media coverage and we share our views with them. One thing i noticed that we were not aware of each other before it but while working together we got to know about everyone not just our teams members but to all of the other fellows as well. It seems like we are like a family. We were cooperating and helping each other, it was a well spent day with all fellows.

Its credit goes to Foster Flagship session and Our dearest Ma’am Hira through whom we got a chance to learn something and to do something not just for own self but also for other. It is a memorable day of my life. I can never forget this day Alhamdulillah☺
