Tips regarding dual boot Ubuntu

Dual booting Windows and Ubuntu has been round for a long time. It works wonderful most of the time, but there are some still a few quirks which can be annoying for users

If computer boots to directly Ubuntu after a shutdown (probably from Windows), the Wifi adapter cannot be recognized and you will see such an error in network settings.

One of the reasons being the Wifi device has been disabled for power saving mode.

Solution:

Boot into Windows, go to Device Manager -> Network Adapters -> your network adapter -> Properties -> Power Management and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option.
